Each pane is cleaned on the outside, then the uPVC or painted frames and the sills below them, because dirt runs down from the frames and settles on the sills. Small panes and glass behind balcony rails are cleaned by hand with a squeegee and cloth.
Most windows are cleaned as a round, with the same property done at an interval you choose. A first clean after a long gap takes longer than later visits, because more dirt has built up.

Questions people ask
How much does window cleaning cost?
The price depends on the number of windows, the height of the building, access to the back and how often you want the clean. Conservatory roofs and inside glass add time.
Do I need to be at home for the window clean?
For outside glass, no, as long as the back of the property can be reached. Inside cleaning needs someone there to let us in.
Why does the first clean take longer than later ones?
Frames and sills that have gone uncleaned for a while hold a layer of dirt that has to come off before the glass stays clear. Later visits deal with a shorter build-up.
Can fascias and soffits be cleaned on the same visit?
Yes, if you add them when you ask. They take longer than the windows, so mention them at the start.
Can I change how often my windows are cleaned?
Yes. Send the new interval through the form.
